The FreeSpace Corporation is a small minor affiliated
partner of Seegson. Seegson a major global corporation and an active competitor
to Wheyland.
FreeSpace is contracted on occasion by Seegson, to perform sometimes less then above board operations that need a somewhat of a discreet touch in the corporate battleground. But in many of these cases, the contracted firms are not aware of the larger picture and in their minds, a job is a job.
This is just the case in this adventure.
FreeSpace Corp have hired the Small Tug vessel "The Glorious" to perform a survey mission in a small asteroid field just outside WY sphere of influence past the out rim worlds.
The crew of the Glorious consist of.
Peter (Officer)
Tammy (Pilot)
Jack (Roughneck)
Debrah (Roughneck)
Manni (Roughneck)
All three roughnecks are recently hired on to the crew, at typical bargain day rates. This lowest price as possible is typical for Peter and his most precious "Bottom line" This is the first trip for the roughnecks joining Peter and Tammy.
The Glorious is accompanied by 3 FreeSpace Corp Representatives.

Susan (Scientist)
Bjorn (Marshall)
The story will start in the later stages of the mission which so far as proved to be pointless and a huge waste of money for FreeSpace. It is only now, that the crew has discovered a weak signal coming from the backside of one of the asteroids in the field and are headed to investigate.

Scene 1:
After
almost 4 weeks of surveying this god forsaken asteroid belt in middle of empty
space, the entire crew was surprised to find a weak energy signal radiating
from the center of the of belt.
Upon reporting the finding to the APOLLO mainframe, Tim received orders to investigate the signal source. After several more days, much to the chagrin of Peter, who is worried about the extended operating time and the fact that he is nearing his operational budget. the crew discovered a hidden station hidden in a crater of one of the many asteroids. Although, typically the ships officer is charge of the ship, the Co Man, is in charge of the over all mission and is given overall access to the APOLLO Main Frame.
Upon approach, the station seems to be dark, with no visual signs of activity. But the darkness of the station still can not hide the large Weyland Yutani logo emblazoned on the outerside of the station bulkheads.
Upon approach, the Glorious suffered some minor damage as a stray rock struck the sensor dome and damaged one of the thrusters upon landing. Which caused Peter to go into a rage as he complained that this was not apart of the contract he signed.
Regardless of his complaints, the Glorious landed and docked with the station airlock, the 2 of the 3 roughnecks, Deborah and Jack with exo suits donned, entered the station to do a primary survey. Peter and Tammy also donning exo suits survey the damage to the outer haul of their ship.
After 30 minutes, the roughnecks report that there is no sign of anyone at the station, and power and life support is minimal and needs to be reactivated to make it more comfortable inside the station.
Tim and Bjorn, suit up to join the two roughnecks on the station; while Susan and the last roughneck Manni, stay on board the ship.
With hissing vent lines spraying compressed air around their heads, the airlock door opens ahead of them. What light your suits offer is quickly gobbled up by the dank cold exterior of the station.
I am here at the control room, seems like everything was shut down on purpose. Reports Jack over the radio.
